A complete house workout plan is convenient for everyone because you can do it anytime without spending time and money of going in the gym to workout.

However, for a fun complete workout plan in your house you need to be creative and use your imagination. Also, you need to have high volume, meaning 4 sets of 15 to 20 repetitions. Moreover, you must hit every muscle group in your body or at least the most basic, such as chest, back, shoulders, arms, abs and legs.

In this article you can find 5 exercises and their variations which will help you build a nice built and balanced physique.

  1. Push-ups are one of the most famous exercises in the world and they don’t need any equipment to perform them. However, could be quite challenging for a beginner but they can help you built a well-developed chest as well as strong triceps and back. Although push-ups have an easy form if you want to step it up a little, put your legs on a chair and your hands on the ground and try performing 4 sets and 15 repetitions and you will feel your chest burning.
  2. In this exercise the creativity comes in the game. Take two bags and put a weight that will be challenging to hold for more than 30 seconds and try to do bicep curls like the man in the image below. Try to perform this exercise for 3 set of 15–20 repetitions each set and then go to the mirror, and you will see that you had bigger arms than you are though.
  3. Wait do not leave the bags! You make such a great effort to make them your dumbbells so I have another exercise which will make your shoulders rounder than a ball. So, take try to raise your hands horizontally in the same line of your shoulders, then bend your forearms towards your body and BOOM you are doing lateral raise and you work on your side part of your shoulders. Try to perform this exercise for 4 sets of 15 to 20 repetitions.
  4. OK! I know you are tired you can take a break. But now you we will focus on the lower body. So, the most effective exercise for growing and strengthen your legs and your glutes are the squats. Open your legs in the same opening of your shoulders and squat as low as your leg make a 90o angle and then go back up. Perform this exercise for 4 sets of 20 repetitions and your glutes and legs will be ready for your bikini’s ladies and tight swimsuits gentlemen!
  5. Last but not least one of the most important exercises for a nice summer body is crunches for your abs. So, lay in your bed, be sure that you do not have a pillow under your head, put your hands behind your ears, bend your knees and try to go to a seated position and then back on the lay position. Perform this exercise for 4 sets of 20 repetitions and your abs will be ready for the beach.

So, these are the 5 exercises for a complete workout in your home but remember the summer body doesn’t build only in the gym but also in the kitchen. So, make a healthy diet plan and you will achieve your dream physique!
